PETER ROTICH, CEO & FOUNDER

After 26 years abroad, Peter Rotich, Enhancesoft’s visionary  CEO Founder and son of the soil is coming home to bring his expertise and commitment to expanding job opportunities in Kenya’s tech industry.

Driven by a belief in the transformative power of technology and the strength that diversity brings to a team, Peter is establishing an Enhancesoft branch in Eldoret to build a workplace where talent and innovation flourish—regardless of where team members were born or their upbringing.

Peter’s journey began in Kolong village, Kamobo in Nandi County – where he grew up without electricity, running water, or access to technology. His unyielding drive to learn led him to the United States, in late 90’s, where he earned a degree in Computer Engineering at Tulane University, with minors in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics. He went on to found Enhancesoft, a global software company providing efficient customer support solutions trusted by millions of users and companies worldwide.

In this next chapter, Peter envisions Enhancesoft’s Eldoret branch as a hub of creativity and technical expertise, drawing together diverse voices from across Kenya and beyond. Peter’s leadership philosophy is deeply rooted in the idea that great technology makes work location-agnostic, empowering team members to contribute their best work regardless of where they were born or their upbringing. He believes that creating a dynamic, inclusive team is essential to building software that bridges divides and empowers communities.
